CCTV LIVE MONITORING – TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of CCTV Live Monitoring services provided by Digital Prahari Solutions, Rajasthan (“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”).

By registering, verifying OTP, or using our services, the client (“You”, “Client”) agrees to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

1. Digital Prahari Solutions provides remote live CCTV monitoring services for security and preventive purposes only.
   
   

2. Monitoring is limited to visual observation and alerting the client in case of suspicious activity.
   
   

3. This service does not guarantee prevention of theft, crime, loss, or damage.
   
   

2. Scope & Limitations

1. Service is dependent on:
   
   

   • Active internet connection
     
     

   • Proper power supply
     
     

   • Functional CCTV cameras
     
     

2. Any failure due to technical issues, internet downtime, hardware malfunction, or force majeure shall not make the Service Provider liable.
   
   

3. Alerts & Communication

1. Alerts may be sent via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
   
   

4. Charges & Billing

1. Monthly monitoring charges shall be as agreed during onboarding.
   
   

2. GST shall be charged as applicable under law.
   
   

3. Non-payment may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services.
   
   

5. Client Responsibilities

1. Client confirms that:
   
   

   • CCTV installation is legal and compliant with local laws
     
     

   • Necessary consent from staff / occupants has been obtained
     
     

2. Client shall not use monitoring services for illegal surveillance or privacy violation.
   
   

6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

1. All monitoring data is treated as confidential.
   
   

2. Data shall be accessed only for security monitoring.
   
   

3. Information may be disclosed only if required by law or government authority.
   
   

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Digital Prahari Solutions shall not be liable for:
   
   

   • Theft, loss, damage, or injury
     
     

   • Indirect or consequential damages
     
     

2. Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to one month’s service fee.
   
   

8. Termination

1. Client may discontinue services with 7 days’ notice.
   
   

2. Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services without notice in case of:
   
   

   • Non-payment
     
     

   • Misuse
     
     

   • Illegal activity
     
     

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.

• Data is accessed only for security monitoring purposes
  
  

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share client data with third parties
  
  

• Data may be disclosed only if required by law or government authority
  
  

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect client data from unauthorized access.

Client Rights

Clients may request correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us at support@digitalprahari.com.

② 💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Digital Prahari Solutions

Service Nature

CCTV live monitoring is a subscription-based service.

Cancellation

• Client may cancel the service by providing 7 days prior written notice via email.
  
  

• Services will remain active till the end of the paid billing cycle.
  
  

Refund

• No refund shall be provided for:
  
  

  • Partial month usage
    
    

  • Services already rendered
    
    

• Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of Digital Prahari Solutions.
  
  

Non-Payment

• Non-payment may result in temporary or permanent suspension of services without prior notice.
